Lee Chang Ming paints a world filled with misty landscapes and hidden faces.

Lee Chang Ming, based in Singapore, is mostly known for his well-followed photography blog Nope Fun. One of the most persistently active online photography curator, Chang Ming reaches out to photographers all around the world through various online platforms.

His own personal work, however, hasn’t received much attention. Chang Ming’s images are intimate and quiet. Focusing on ghostly landscapes and casual portraits of friends or family, Chang Ming’s work is dreamy.

His aesthetic is impulsive yet self-possessed. The spontaneity of his images are often contrasted by an unwavering haze that you just can’t shake off. Looking at Chang Ming’s images feels a lot like wondering around in a foggy city right before the sun comes up.
