Yorgos Efthymiadis is a Greek photographer based in Somerville, MA. Efthymiadis utilized photography as a way to submerge himself in a new culture, after moving to the United States. His series “This Must Be the Place” expands on Efthymiadis’s interest in architecture photography, with a personal twist. Quirky, colourful and mysterious, Efthymiadis describes a place and its people without including even a silhouette of a human being in his images.
